I got this from a Better Homes & Gardens magazine and was unable to find it online. 🙂
18 breaded fish sticks
1/5 c. package shredded cabbage with carrot or coleslaw mix
3 tbsp. low fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
8 corn tortillas
peach or other fruit salsa
Bake fish sticks according to package directions and cut in half crosswise.
In medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix and mayonnaise and toss to coat. Divide mixture between tortillas. Add fish and top with salsa.
Blech. 🙁 Not a good one. I picked my fish sticks back off the taco and ate them plain.
These were kinda disappointing. Not made badly, just a boring recipe.
