The Kitchen has moved…

and boy, is it SO much nicer. A little late on the blogging resuming (and you have my sincere apologies) but I must say that in my innocence, I had no idea that the move would be this difficult.

We are in our new house, yes, but unpacked? ha. The kitchen, except for the big cardboard box of spices, is unpacked. Now, I have to reorganize everything I put away because I find it makes no sense. We aren’t menu planning this week because I’m lucky I’m making food these days, never mind knowing ahead of time what it will be. My big stand freezer is over at my in-laws, and I’m grabbing 2-3 days worth of meat at a time, so I CAN tell you that tonight we’re having pasta with homemade marinara and tomorrow something involving chicken breasts. That’s about as much as you’re going to get.

I expect to rejoin Menu Planning Monday at the next opportunity. 🙂 For now, I just wanted you to know that I haven’t forgotten about the site, nor am I giving it up. I miss it, actually. 🙁
