Today’s recipe is a great one from a fantastic blog that I affectionately call “the Crockpot Lady.” I’ve made it several times before because it is just so good and stays so moist and I LOVE that you can throw frozen chicken in it instead of remembering to defrost it.
I adore my crockpots. Yes, I have two. In my defense, they are different sizes. And in the warmer weather, I really enjoy using them and avoiding my oven whenever possible.
