For those new to the Kitchen, I link recipes that are linkable in my Monday post, but always post the recipe the day it is made and when I can, post a picture as well as my review of it in the comments. So if you are intrigued by a dinner, come on back to see what we thought!
Also, not every day is a new recipe. On days where I’m cooking something we already know and love, I try to link to the original post so that you can still try it, but I pose a Question of the Day that I would love feedback on. On days where we are doing Fend For Yourself (FFY) Buffet, I post something that I “covet” for your review and commentary.
Monday – Kentucky Hot Browns
Tuesday – baked ham
Wednesday – spinach and ham hash with eggs
Thursday – FFY buffet
Friday – chicken and cornbread bake (repeat recipe – leftovers from the freezer!)
Saturday – parmesan crusted chicken tenders with balsamic dipping sauce
Ooh, that giada recipe for chicken tenders sounds like a keeper. Food the kidlet will like but with a grown up sauce that appeals to me too. I’ll definitely have to check back on saturday and see what you thought =)
we haven’t had Kentucky Hot Browns in ages!
The Giada recipe IS a keeper, we LOVE it. I didn’t list it as a repeat recipe because we’ve never done it on the site, but we have eaten it before. Even toddlers eat the chicken (not the sauce, though)!! I would definitely recommend it!
and if I was any more excited about those darn hot browns…honestly.
