Menu Plan Monday: December 13 & 20

Monday – steak tips marinated in Tastefully Simple Bayou Bourbon Glaze, roasted potatoes
Tuesday – pasta with meatballs
Wednesday – filet on the George Foreman (I have no grill pan, sigh), mashed potatoes, green beans.
Thursday – pork cutlets with parsnips and grapes
Friday – margherita whole wheat pizza
Saturday – chicken with white beans and tomatoes (from Jan 2011 Real Simple, can’t find a link online yet)
Sunday – homemade butternut ravioli in sage brown butter sauce. (yay, leftover squash from thanksgiving)

Monday – FFY buffet
Tuesday – corn cakes with goat cheese and crispy ham
Wednesday – comfort food night – PB&J and chips.
Thursday – breakfast for dinner, oatmeal pancakes and bacon!
Friday – Christmas Eve! Feast of Seven Fishes. 🙂  My contribution here.
Saturday – Merry Christmas! Tenderloin roast with roasted veggies.
Sunday – Christmas celebrations continue with my family. Spaghetti & meatballs with homemade garlic bread and Cheesecake Factory cheesecake!
