Okay. So before this meal, I can honestly say I haven’t eaten any Hamburger Helper product since high school. However, I have fond memories of it. Thus, when I saw this, I thought: OMG. I must try this. I liked how it took the box mix and made it something new and interesting. 🙂
I really enjoyed this, as did Moo. Boo doesn’t eat anything, so he isn’t a judge. suitNtie was meh on it. But I would so make it again. It was easy and had nice flavor and filled the belly. And Moo discovered the joys of baby corn.

1Â lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 box (5.6 oz) Hamburger Helper® beef pasta
3 2/3Â cups hot water
2Â tablespoons soy sauce
1Â tablespoon honey
1Â teaspoon ground ginger
1Â bag (16 oz) frozen stir-fry vegetables
Stir in sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper box), water, soy sauce, honey and ginger. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Stir in frozen vegetables; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover; cook until sauce is desired thickness.
